# For AI agents

> Machine-readable versions of this guide: llms.txt, Markdown per page and brand.json.

Source: https://brand.viscohoreca.nl/en/ai

This guide is also built to be read by software. Give an AI assistant one of the addresses below and it will know the Visco brand rules.

## The addresses

| Address | What it is |
| --- | --- |
| https://brand.viscohoreca.nl/llms.txt | An index of the whole guide, with a summary per page. |
| https://brand.viscohoreca.nl/llms-full.txt | The complete guide as one document, in both languages. |
| https://brand.viscohoreca.nl/en/colours.md | Every page also exists as Markdown: add .md to the address. For the home page that is /en/index.md. |
| https://brand.viscohoreca.nl/brand.json | The colours, typefaces, logo rules and files as structured data. |

## An example

Ask your assistant something like the following, and it can check your work against the actual rules rather than against an assumption.

> “Read https://brand.viscohoreca.nl/llms-full.txt and check whether this flyer meets the Visco brand guidelines.”

## What is in brand.json

Where the guide explains the rules in sentences, brand.json states them as fields. An agent checking whether a piece is correct gets more out of minimumHeight.screen than out of a paragraph.

- Every colour with HEX, RGB, CMYK, Pantone and RAL, plus what it is for.
- The typefaces with their weights per level and the line height.
- The logo rules: minimum height, clear space, permitted rotations, forbidden treatments and the co-branding rules.
- Every file with an absolute URL, format and size.

## Why this works

Every page is served as complete HTML, not as an empty page filled in later by JavaScript. A program that does not run JavaScript sees the same content as a visitor. Many AI tools work that way. Without complete HTML, the site would look fine in a browser and be empty to such a tool.
